We are using a mapping service that is not always 100% accurate, so please verify that the arrow is pointing right on your home. You can switch the map to satellite view, which will allow you to see an aerial view of your neighborhood.
Use road names, landmarks, and anything possible to get the pointer on YOUR home. The more accurate the location of the pointer, the better we know if we can get service to you.
If there are hills around you, it is even more important, since earth can severely limit the range of our radio technology. Once you have located your home, find the nearest tower, which shows on the map as a dot with rings, and click on it. The map will create a profile line from your home to the tower.
The graph at the bottom gives you a fairly good idea of whether or not we can reach your home. Please notice that this is approximate, and it is possible that we can get you service when this map says you cannot, and vice-versa.
